Recruiting Process

At least two interviews are held with the candidates who are pre-interviewed by Human Resources, attended by the relevant managers of the position. After this stage, the candidate who is found positive is searched for a reference if necessary and a job offer is made to the suitable candidate. The list of documents required by the position for recruitment is submitted. The candidate prepares the necessary documents and passes the control of the Workplace Physician. The first working day receives training from the Occupational Safety Specialist. Personnel who have deficiencies in the documents that need to be prepared prior to employment, who are not suitable to work physically, and who do not receive training are not allowed to work in our company.
